Had an appointment up on the other side of the interstate. Wife was very hungry, so I suggested we dive into Winooski and eat at the first reasonable looking place. I had a great gyro wrap, she enjoyed her meal, too. Large portions of good food for the price. Nice proprietors. Free wifi. Recommended.
I've been going to Waf's for 25 years and for good reason. This place rocks- great food, great people, reasonable prices. The pizza is unlike anything I have ever tasted- crisp, but chewy crust and always fresh ingredients. Their salads are perfect. I get at least one a week and it's always top notch. Head to Waf's, you wont be disappointed.
Easily my favorite place to grab a grinder. Maybe it's the old-fashioned Greek in me, but there's just something so cozy about this place and the charm that Waf and his lovely wife bestow upon it. Maybe it's also that I love the 70's music that is typically playing!

Went with a large crowd of 27 people. Only husband and wife working. They did a great job with service and food. Would definitely go back.
