Was not overly impressed with the two times I've been. I've now worked within walking distance for a few years and it's not the highest on my pick of places to eat.
PROS: It's nice to see home style recipes held up in full blown tradition. They do have a diverse menu with many options.
CONS: The times I went I didn't' feel overly welcome by the staff and one of the times my lasagna was frozen in the center, not what you'd expect from a fresh cooked meal.
I just went here tonight with my family. It was incredible! The food was the best Italian food I have ever had! Really what impressed me was the service. Our waitress was the best waitress I think I have ever had. We started talking about working that night and how you could be doing something other then working. She then replied and told us that she loved her job. We really could see that she did. She had the best personality of any waitress or waiter I have ever seen. She is the model for how all waiters and waitresses should be. Thank you for time and I hope she is reading this. Like I said best food and best service! Cheese Ravioli is awesome!
Papa Frank's is very generous portions, as well as delicious quality food for fair price. In short, they are kick-ass!

We LOVE papa Frank's. Love all their dishes of food and the prices are outstanding for the amount of food we get. Always fresh never had any issues. We just tried their pizza for the first time today and it's the closest to NYC pizza! More reason to constantly order from them!! ❤❤❤
