This Team of trainers knows their stuff! I have seen great results in the first 10 weeks of working with Calvin at Spectac. I have been getting more defined without feeling injured or exhausted.
Working out with Calvin is the highlight of my Monday mornings (I know there's not much competition besides coffee, but if you knew my caffeine addiction you would realize that this is high praise!) He's a fitness nerd, which means I get all the best advice on how to stay injury-free and maximize my training. I've PR'd in every race I ran since seeing Calvin, would highly recommend going to SPECTAC!
...but for serious - I've been plagued by injuries for a long time and these guys have the know how, and genuine interest in their clients, to help me get into better shape than I've been for most of my life!
The facility if also clean, bright and well-equipped. It may be off the beaten path a bit, but it is worth finding.
